Aleksandar Dobrinov (1898 – 1958)

Aleksandar Dobrinov is a Bulgarian caricaturist, described by connoisseurs of his art as: “Painter of souls”. He introduced the portrait caricature for the first time in Bulgaria. In his work, he created hundreds of political and social caricatures and compositions, leaving as a legacy, a huge, incredible portrait gallery of entire generations.
